How do I request medical records from MetroPartners OBGYN?
In order for us to release medical records, you can use our online Release of Information form. If you prefer, we can accept a physically signed Release of Information. A release is needed to release records to another facility and to yourself.
The release can be dropped off at the clinic, faxed to 833-944-2004 or emailed to information@partnersobgyn.com Attn: Medical Records.
How long does it take to process a medical records request?
We ask for up to 7 business days to complete your request. If you need the records by a specific date, please note that on the Release of Information.

How long does it take to get a call for scheduling a referral?
Once your provider sends the referral to MetroPartners our referral coordinator will reach out to schedule an appointment with the office. The referral coordinator will call within 48 business hours of receiving your referral.

Why are children not allowed in the clinic right now?
We are allowing one (1) support person to accompany a patient to their appointment. The support person must be over the age of 18 yearas old and feeling healthy. Support person must always remain masked while inside the clinic.
We currently do not allow children under the age of 18* in the clinic due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
*Our patients under the age of 18 years old will still be seen for care at their scheduled visit.
Our Ultrasound Room Policy :
For the efficiency, focus and safety of our Sonographers, only one person (age 18 or older) is allowed to accompany the patient during the ultrasound appointment.
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the ultrasound appointment if these conditions cannot be met.

Will all of the MetroPartners Providers work at all locations?
All of the Doctors and Advance Practice Practitioners (APPs) are certified to work at all four locations. Slowly all of the providers will be working at all locations. Take a look at the locations tab the providers who are seeing patients at each location are listed.
